‘My Story’ – which will be released on World Mental Health Day on Monday, October 10 – tells the stories of patients and services from Greater Manchester West NHS Foundation Trust.
Today is World Mental Health Day and, with one in four adults suffering from some form of mental illness, now is the time to start talking about it.
Each day will be based on the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’, which are, ‘Keep Learning, Connect, Give, Be Active and Take Notice’.
