A Manchester children’s charity has launched a festive campaign to collect memories from people who have been helped by the charity in the past.
Wood Street Mission, which launched a major new initiative earlier in the summer called SmartStart Manchester & Salford to help low income families with school costs, supplied school uniform worth more than £85,000 to 1,741 children and 835 families in August.
More than 10,000 LEGO bricks have been donated to a Manchester children’s charity in a bid to bring fun and happiness to the city’s most disadvantaged kids.
