Team GB’s Menna Fitzpatrick knows all about confidence, having secured four 2018 Winter Paralympic Games medals including gold in the women’s slalom event in PyeongChang, and last week she was at the Chill Factore in Manchester to help inspire the next generation of people taking part in winter sports.
