Labour MP Lucy Powell has criticised protests outside a Jewish run King Street shop amidst fears of clashes between picketers on both sides of the Palestine Israel conflict.

With the world still reeling from the MH17 disaster in Ukraine, easyJet have cancelled both their 12.15pm outbound and 11.55pm return flights to the troubled city today – with the next flights scheduled for Monday July 28

Three Mancunians travelled to London by car to join thousands at the Israeli Embassy for a pro-Palestinian protest.

The protest is a response to the failed ceasefire between Israel and Palestine which has resulted in more bombing of the region and civilian deaths.
