The Rio 2016 Olympics might be winding down but Team GB showed they are not taking their foot off the pedal as they were able to celebrate their most successful away Games ever following the conclusion of the penultimate day of action.

As golden as the Rio 2016 Olympic Games have been for Team GB the penultimate day of action has the potential to be another memorable one.

From having clear out surgery on my elbow to filming an Aldi advert alongside Olympic boxing champion Nicola Adams, it’s certainly not been a boring off season so far for me – not that I’m complaining!
