Supporter-owned football club and newly-promoted FC United of Manchester have secured a three-year deal which will allow their fans to access free Wi-Fi at their new £6.3m ground Broadhurst Park.

FC United of Manchester supporters raised £2million in community shares to fund the club and now they have dug deep once more, helping devoted fan and co-owner Leanne Carey edge ever closer to her revised target of £2,500.

General manager of FC United of Manchester Andy Walsh believes there will be a ‘long lasting legacy’ after the club reached its target of £2m in community shares.
