A burger van man was stabbed in the thigh in a ‘targeted attack’ by a ‘customer’ during his shift on Manchester’s Bury New Road this weekend.
The victim suffered wounds to his leg, arm and back in the crash on St Mary’s Road, in Hyde, Tameside, at around 2.15pm on Saturday April 26.
Police believe the cyclist was injured when he fell from his bike in Moss Bank Way
The man is now recovering in hospital
