A Salford dentist has poked fun at Uruguayan football bad boy Luis Suarez by posting a cheeky advert.
Liverpool striker Suarez, 28, has received little sympathy outside of his native land – and even less in Manchester.

And Windsor Dental, of Belvedere Road, posted the giant advertising hoarding promising patients a ‘better bite than Suarez’.
The idea was the brainchild of practice employee Stacy Wright.
And Stacy insists the banner has been a hit with patients.
“I was inspired by the jokes from companies like Apple and Snickers,” said the 27-year-old.
“Patients seem to like it and found it very funny”
Suarez is not the first South American to be mocked on a billboard in Greater Manchester after fellow toothy striker Carlos Tevez was immortalised during his cross-city switch in 2009.
The bite on Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini, the third such incident in his career, earned Suarez a four-month ban, a nine-match international suspension and a fine.
The Uruguay star man’s brace killed off England’s chances of qualifying from World Cup Group B, inflicting a 2-1 defeat on the Three Lions.
