Jack Grealish has starred in his first Pepsi Max campaign Where There’s A Ball There’s A Way.
Grealish is the latest Global Football Ambassador for the popular drinks company, alongside Vinicius JR, Son Heung-Min and Leah Williamson.
The campaign aims to celebrate the simplicity of football and encourage fans around the world to challenge conventions and find creative ways to enjoy the game.
In the advert, the international stars challenge a group of locals to a game of ‘Keepy-Uppy’ where the losers buy the winners a Pepsi Max.
Talking about the campaign, the 28-year-old said: “When I was growing up, I just wanted to play—whether in the house, the street, or on the pitch.”
He went on to say: “Our Where There’s A Ball, There’s A Way campaign aims to get more people to take every opportunity to enjoy the game.”
Eric Melis, VP of Global Brand Marketing, Carbonated Soft Drinks at PepsiCo said: “Being thirsty for more – Pepsi Max’s philosophy – means feeling that wherever there is a ball, there is an opportunity to find new and unexpected ways to find enjoyment through the game.”
Also starring in the advert is football icon Karen Carney and legendary Londoner Vinnie Jones.
Jones said: “To be involved in a Pepsi Max campaign which encourages fans to challenge convention and pick up a ball, no matter who or where they are, was something I’m proud to be part of.”
The newly announced campaign will see the brand unlock new and unexpected ways to play the game, as fans can follow Pepsi Max channels to find out more.
