It appears that not just the living head down to the Printworks for their entertainment after a ghostly figure was spotted on CCTV.
After a series of strange incidents, Printworks staff decided to inspect CCTV footage where they spotted what appears to be the shadow of a person moving across their offices.
Prior to this, cleaning and security staff had reported objects moving and seeing strange shadows, which eventually led to the discovery.
Carl Whiteley the Marketing Co-ordinator at the Printworks said: “Some of the security staff and cleaners get freaked out.
“Security always said they’d seen stuff but it’s hard not to laugh at them really.”
The ghost sighting is the latest in a number of reports at the popular nightlife hotspot over the years.
“There’s always reports of things moving and weird shadows,” Carl said.
“Somebody that works in the office said she saw somebody sat in the cinema a few years ago and when she looked again they’d vanished.”
The latest CCTV footage clearly shows a shadowy black figure walk through one of the Printworks offices, but is the footage the real deal?
“I had a proper look at it,” Carl said. “It is ripped straight off the camera so unless something has been picked up it seems to be genuine.
“I am still a sceptic myself though.”
