A woman was left with a serious eye injury when she was kicked in the head and a stiletto heel went into her eye at a Bolton pub.
The 27-year-old victim was drinking in the Ye Old Three Crowns Pub, Market Street, Farnworth, at about 11.30pm on Sunday August 24 when the incident occurred.
Following an altercation whilst stood on the dance floor the woman was assaulted and kicked in the head before being hospitalised.
The offenders left the scene after the assault.
Three people have now been arrested on suspicion of a section 18 assault.
Two women, aged 21 and 28, and a 28-year-old man remain in police custody for questioning.
