Domenyk Noonan is to appear in court this morning charged with engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
Domenyk Lattlay-Fottfoy, 49, also known as Domenyk Noonan, of Coke Street, Salford has been charged as part of an investigation by Greater Manchester Police’s Public Protection Division.
He is due to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court later today.
