The 6th annual Lantern Walk took place at Heaton Park and saw a record breaking number of participants as 600 people took part.
This sponsored walk raises both money and awareness for Manchester Foundation Charity Trust. The charity raises funds for research, equipment and patient support across 10 hospitals in Manchester.
So far £26,000 of their £30,000 goal has been raised.
