Log out, shut down and find your inner Zen this Friday to celebrate International Yoga Day.
Yoga is a mind, body and spiritual practice that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Multiple studies have confirmed the many mental and physical benefits of yoga. Incorporating it into your routine can help enhance your health, increase strength and flexibility and reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.
Due to the fabulous benefits, it’s no surprise an approximate 460,000 Brits are currently practicing yoga in the UK.
