Where you can pay your respects before the Queen’s funeral

There are several books of condolence which are still open to be signed over the weekend for those wishing to pay their respects to the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The easiest way to show your support is to sign the online book of condolences on the Royal Family website available here.

Manchester Central Library is open from 9:00am to 17:00pm on Saturday and the book of condolence there will be available until Tuesday.

There are is also a book of condolence at Manchester Cathedral that will be open all weekend.

Flowers can be laid in St Ann’s Square, but organisers are asking if you’re laying flowers over the weekend or on Monday that they are removed from the plastic so they are fully biodegradable when collected.
