The father of footballing brothers Phil and Gary Neville will appear in court today for the sexual assault of a 46-year-old woman.
Neville Neville, 63, of Larkfield Close, Bury, is charged with sexually penetrating a woman with his finger when she did not consent on March 23 this year.
He will appear at Bolton Crown Court in a trial expected to last up to four days.
Neville was bailed to appear at Bury and Rochdale Magistrates’ Court on June 12.
He last appeared in court on July 15 and spoke only to confirm his name, address and arrangements for the forthcoming trial.
He denies the charge.
