Coca Cola’s famous Christmas lorry tour dates have been announced, with the centerpiece of their festive advert making an appearance at the Trafford Centre and Asda Eastlands late this month.
The truck will be making two stops, turning up at the Trafford Centre on Friday November 28 and Asda Eastlands on Sunday November 30.
For many people, the famous ‘Holidays Are Coming’ advert signals the start of Christmas and Mancunians will once again get the chance to get up close and personal with the famous truck.
Bobby Brittain, GB Marketing Strategy and Activation Director for Coca Cola, said: “Every year the support for our ‘Holidays Are Coming’ advert enables us to deliver a truly exceptional experience to people across the UK. This year is no exception.
“As we help celebrate the lead up to Christmas, we’re looking forward to being able to give a little happiness to people around the UK.”
Stopping at 45 places around the country from the end of November and throughout December, people will have the chance to have pictures with the truck, enjoy the winter wonderland setting and enjoy music from a Christmas choir.
As usual, free Coca Cola will be on supply.
Coca Cola have announced this year we’ll be seeing not just the ‘Holidays Are Coming’ campaign, but the new ‘Give a Little Happiness’ adverts alongside them.
The appearance of the truck both in our towns and on TV screens always attracts big attention; with two million people visiting the Coke website last year and 200,000 people appearing in pictures online with the truck.
The lorry will be at the Trafford Centre from 1pm to 9pm and at Asda Eastlands from 10am to 6pm.
