A social media campaign has been launched in Bolton to find the owner of a teddy bear lost in a Bolton Bowling alley.
The hunt has been on since the cuddly toy was found at Hollywood Bowl in Middlebrook on Saturday June 28 at around 5pm.
Staff from the alley shared a picture of the brown bear that has a white and gold bow on Facebook in the hope the picture would go viral and they would find the owner.
But it has been no teddy bear’s picnic trying to track them down.
Our team are trying to reunite this Teddy Bear with its owner. Please share until the bear is claimed #sharethebear pic.twitter.com/Azm7FqwFH2

Since then others have followed suit and shared the picture, and many have used a #sharethebear hashtag.

The toy has also featured on @lostteddybear, a twitter account whose mission is to reunite kids with their fluffy friends.
Anyone who knows who owns the teddy can contact Hollywood Bowl on 01204 693130 or [email protected].
