The Printworks is hosting a series of free fitness classes during lunch breaks to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
Organisers are offering local workers in the city centre the chance to transform their lunch breaks in collaboration with Nuffield Health throughout this week.
A body balance class took place in Printworks Pumpyard on yesterday (Monday 13 May), allowing attendees to break away from their hectic routines and prioritise self-care.
More classes will be held tomorrow (Wednesday 15 May) and Friday (17 May), starting at 12:30 pm.
Classes will be from 30 to 45 minutes long.
A HIITSTEP class is sure to raise heart rates and get blood flowing on Wednesday.
A Vinyasa Yoga class will be held on Friday to end the week with a burn and provide a mindful start to the week ahead.
Participants do not need to bring equipment to classes, as everything is provided by the organisers.
These classes will give participants a taste of the wide range of fitness options at Nuffield Health.
People can enjoy exclusive discounts for non-members at Printworks during Mental Health Awareness Week.
The Printworks free class timetable is as follows:
Wednesday 15 May 12:30 – 13:00 – HIITSTEP
Friday 17 May 12:30 – 13:15 – Vinyasa Yoga
