Robbie Williams, Pixie Lott and Union J are just a few of those who graced the stage for Key 103’s Jingle Ball Live in Manchester last night.
First to take to the mic was none other than superstar Robbie Williams who had only recently performed in the city to his adoring fans at Manchester City’s Etihad stadium.
And in true Robbie fashion, he kicked off his performance with 1950’s swing which would make even Frank Sinatra and Bobby Darin proud.
The beautiful Pixie Lott then followed with an edgier sound to her usual squeaky clean pop, as she proved that her up-and-coming single Nasty was a little more than PG-12.
Yet it was the appearance of boybands The Vamps and Union J who received an almighty roar from the teenage girls in the audience, and lets be honest with their sultry good looks and baby faced charm, their appeal is not only limited to the under 21s.
Newcomers Neon Jungle gave an impressive performance as they prepare to release their new single Braveheart; excited and a little starstruck by some of the big names at Jingle Ball, the girls have had a busy year which shows no signs of slowing down.
And it wouldn’t be a real party without the boys of Rizzle Kicks bringing their energy and charisma to the stage; the lads have really made their mark on British pop music.
And if its not enough to see their faces, watch our MM reporter Ruth Dacey cosy up with the gorgeous boys from Lawson in an exclusive interview.
