Members of the Ukrainian community and their supporters gathered in the city centre to commemorate 1,000 days since the Russian invasion.
The group shared the streets with protesters representing Palestine, Hong Kong and Azerbaijan highlighting the increasing number of different conflicts taking place across the globe.
Some at the Ukrainian protest believe that the coverage of the war has dropped off due to other events occurring – while others expressed the importance of showing solidarity with those in similar situations.
