Zouk Tea Bar has launched their new brunch sharing platters, featuring a mix of breakfast classics and spicy Indian inspired dishes.
The platters are available in the options of sweet, savoury or a mix of both. So, if not all of you have a sweet tooth, there’s an option for everyone.
Mancunian Matters tried the mixed platter for four, which features a perfect mix of sweet and savoury items – it’s perfect for those who can’t decide what to order!
For the savoury elements, the platter has crispy turkey rashers, chicken sausages, fried eggs, Sautéed Spinach and Spicy Anda Bhurji (scrambled eggs). And some delicious hollandaise sauce for extra flavour.
And the sweet? An array of pancakes, waffles and fresh fruit. Maple syrup and chocolate sauce are provided by the jug for pouring over those mouth-watering sweet treats.
Zouk certainly takes portions seriously. The platter is generous in providing a plentiful selection of each item so no one’s left out on trying anything.
Everything was perfectly seasoned, delicious and we (just) managed to finish everything. Make sure you’re hungry when you go – these servings sizes are not for the faint hearted.
The other platters on offer are just as impressive. They both feature a wider selection of either a savoury or sweet feast fit for a king.
The platter sizes are priced at £25 for two people, and £45 for four people. They are available 8:00 am to 3pm Monday to Saturday and from 8:00am to 12 noon on Sundays. Book now to avoid missing out!
