The Christmas Markets may have closed their twinkly gates for another year but fear not – you can still get your mitts on some of the city’s wackiest festive treats.
Here’s eight of Manchester’s best that will leave you wondering why you ate dry turkey and Brussels sprouts for so long.
1. Christmas Roast Fondue, Bøck Bière Café
The Belgian inspired restaurant has become something of a viral sensation after it merged two of the greatest things ever created – roast dinner and fondue.
Now, they’ve taken it a step further and introduced a Christmas version with sausage and cranberry stuffed turkey breast, pigs in blankets, rosemary roasties, glazed veg, apple and hazelnut stuffing balls, Yorkshire pudding waffles and a huge fondue of gravy for dunking.

And that’s not even all of it…
Piled sky high on top of the bun is a sausage roll, sausage stuffing, bacon and cranberry jam, chorizo, cheddar, BBQ spice and of course, a pig in blanket. Epic.
