The Slug & Lettuce on Albert Square held a big re-opening party last night and we were invited down to check it out.
The venue on the famous Albert Square was closed for several weeks while the inside got a refurb and both the food and drink menus got a re-fresh.
A party on Friday evening invited people from around the local offices to get a taste of what the space had in store.
The venue promises to be a party starter with a fancy bar selling cocktails and beer as well a DJ booth and space for live bands.
With a dancefloor and a glitz-up, the S+L looks like it will be a big destination for Friday nights to come.
