The Ivy Spinningfields will preview their cocktails at the Cocktails in the City event this weekend.
The Ivy will be joining 20 of Manchester’s most popular bars where they will be showcasing their range of cocktails, including a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini with Absolut Elyx, and their Snowy Owl, made of Absolut vodka, coconut rum and Champagne.
One of Manchester’s most eagerly-anticipated new food and drink openings, The Ivy Spinningfields will open its doors on Tuesday 27th November, which will boast four floors, each offering a different dining experience.
This restaurant is the latest addition to the ever growing brand, which originated in London in 1917.
It’s flagship London restaurant has been a mainstay for the rich and famous for decades.
The Cocktails in the City event, which purports to be the largest festival of bars, will take place at the New Century Hall on the evenings of Friday 2 and Saturday 3 November.
Guests will be taken on a tour of cocktail evolution at the event, featuring a range of cocktails inspired from various points in the history of cocktails.
Tickets for the Cocktails in the City event, which cost £12 and include a cocktail on arrival, can be purchased here: https://www.cocktailsinthecity.com/events/manchester
