The Co-Op Live arena in Manchester has finally opened its doors, but those who have tickets need to make sure that they are prepared by downloading the app.
Several shows are scheduled to take place at the arena, with venue artists including The Eagles and Peter Kay.
The new ticket app can be downloaded on IOS and Android, and it ensures easy access to tickets along with other essential information.
Apps offer convenience and security for music fans
The Co-op app can be used to transfer tickets, as well as give users access to many promotions and discounts at Co-op stores.
Apps remain the best way for users to access the promotions they need on the go, not to mention that they also offer a high level of security.
An example would be the Paddy Power Wonder Wheel, which provides registered users with a chance to access free spins on either a desktop or mobile device.
The app allows users to make deposits through their online accounts while providing entertainment on the go, making it both secure and useful.
Apps are becoming synonymous with the entertainment sector and the fact that experiences can be personalised according to each user, such as advertisements about upcoming events, makes them an invaluable tool for companies within the gaming and music industry.
The Co-op app has a range of features that include venue maps, information about concerts, and updates.
You won’t be able to access your tickets until closer to the event, and they will be sent electronically to your account.
For people who booked through Ticketmaster
If you made your booking through Ticketmaster then your Co-op Live tickets will be accessible through that app.
Your Ticketmaster app will generate a barcode and this can be accessed offline if required.
You just need to make sure that you open it while you have WiFi so that it can then still be opened if you are ever out of signal.
People who do not have smartphones can gain access to their tickets by contacting the Ticket Office team.
You can find them on Level 1 on the Canalside of the arena.
Just make sure that you have the credit or debit card used for your purchase alongside some photo ID.
Through the Co-op app, users will also find that they can access priority tickets while accessing numerous savings at Co-op stores.
Discounts are added to the app for particular items in-store and if you scan your app at the point of purchase, you can gain rewards specific to your account.
If you want to transfer a ticket, then you can do this to friends or family up to 30 days before the event.
Simply open the app and then sign in. When you have done this, you can then navigate to your tickets, choose the event, and then click on the convenient transfer button.
With so many great features and the option of being able to gain numerous discounts at Co-op stores, it’s safe to say that the new app is proving to be a hit with users.
