Aussie rock powerhouse Ablaze are set to kick off their UK tour next week in Salford.
The group will be playing throughout the UK to celebrate the release of their debut album No Chaser, with their first gig taking place at The Eagle Inn on Wednesday, November 6.
The band are bursting with energy for the concert, saying: “We are beyond stoked to be touring the UK for the first time this November!”
Formed over beers in their local pub in 2010, Ablaze soon abandoned jamming the classics to start writing their own material.
They have since been releasing a stream of what they call “honest and genuine Aussie rock ‘n’ roll” to an increasing fan base, playing Under The Southern Stars Festival’ and supporting act such as Electric Mary and The Screaming Jets.
The new album No Chaser is packed with fast-paced, head-banging jams reminiscent of rock gods like Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, and Deep Purple, but with a vibrant, pulsing energy that is all their own.
As far as good old fashioned rock ’n’ roll goes, there is no doubt Ablaze both look and sound the part, playing heady, riff-based rock with punk overtones and a healthy disregard for good manners.
Whether the UK is ready or not, Ablaze are ready to rock out and raise hell in Salford.
