Tickets to see Bruce Springsteen at Manchester Co-op Live went on sale today – and are already being resold for as much as £1,500.
With the majority of tickets already sold out, fans of The Boss who don’t want to be dancing in the dark will have to be prepared to splash the cash.
Whilst some seated tickets remain on sale, in-demand floor tickets have already been listed on various resale sites such as Stub Hub.
The highest priced ticket on the resale market is currently set at a whopping £1,446.

Tickets then were available for as low as £55, with the most expensive price reaching £125.
The cheapest tickets available at this morning’s listing were £149.
Many fans have criticised the pricing on X.

I got all excited as @springsteen added another Manchester date but already sold out other than £200+ tickets. Such a shame where we've got to with the price of concerts. Even The Boss is not worth me paying close to £1000 for me and my family. @TicketmasterUK

Some have blamed Co-op Live, whilst others have pointed at The Boss himself:
Dunno if you’ve been to co-op live yet, but, maybe save up a few extra quid beforehand, if you want to have anything to eat / drink.

And when I say a few quid, I mean, basically a re-mortgage job 😅
I lost all respect for him when he justified his outrageous ticket prices. My band needs a pension.

He used to be all about the working
Class. No, all about the money. 💰 @springsteen
Hotel prices have also shot up in price, with even a branch of The Britannia – the chain branded the “worst in the UK” last year, according to Which? – doubling their prices for the concerts.
Whilst a usual mid-week price for a room at the city centre Britannia is around £100, the price after Springsteen’s opening night performance is set at over £200.
