Manchester Film Festival organisers, fresh off the success of the third edition last weekend, say the event will return with a bang in 2018.
Stars from television and cinema descended on the Odeon Printworks from every corner of the globe to celebrate as March got underway.
With a line-up of over 90 films from across the globe, the festival continues to grow, a testament to the hard-work and dedication of co-founders Neil Jeram-Croft and Al Bailey.
“The festival was a huge success! We had great films, filmmaker attendances and great engaged audiences,” Jeram-Croft told MM.
“Audiences were up significantly on last year and the feedback we’ve had has been fantastic.
“The filmmakers loved Manchester and kept telling us how great the festival was. We’ve already had a tonne of emails from the directors congratulating us on a great festival, run by great people. We couldn’t ask for more.
“Audiences have been great, our biggest year yet. The festival has great word of mouth, we even had some people fly over from Germany just to attend the festival!
“We’ll be back next year March 1-4, with more great films, Q&As and more. The planning starts now!”
