Dust off your flares and practise your best dance moves – The Jacksons, Soul II Soul and Billy Ocean are headed to Manchester in August.
Rewind North is giving Cheshire’s Capesthorne Hall a glittery makeover, bringing some of funk and soul’s biggest names to the North, alongside other huge acts, like The Boomtown Rats.
Kicking off on Friday August 3, the 80s-themed festival spans the weekend in style, boasting its biggest line up to date to celebrate its 10th birthday.
The festival has been a hit since launching in Cheshire in 2014, and has boasted names like Rick Astley and Boy George in the past.
Highlights of this year’s weekend include a Saturday night boogie with The Jacksons and Billy Ocean followed by a Total Eclipse of the Heart with Bonnie Tyler on Sunday.
Rewind organiser Katt Alexander promised a few extra surprises too, saying: “We will be taking the festival to new heights with more performances, entertainment and experiences than ever before.”
