Young voters in Greater Manchester speak out as General Election approaches

According to polls, nearly 50% of 18 to 24 year olds will be voting Labour this election

But data from Ipsos reveals that less than half of young people plan to use their vote, compared to over 70% of people aged over 55. 

I spoke to some young first-time voters about how much they felt the mainstream parties represented them, and about how their peers engage with politics.
