Watch: Wassail at Platt Fields Market Garden

Wassailing has its origins in a Twelfth Night pagan tradition designed to scare off evil spirits and bring a good crop of apples to British orchards. Platt Fields Market Garden – which is run by Manchester Urban Diggers in Fallowfield – had their Wassail on 18 January. We went along to find out more.
