LGBT insurance company hope to drive up support of Lesbian and Gay Foundation with pink pound boost

A new insurance company dedicated to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community have pledged their support to the Lesbian and Gay Foundation (LGF) with cash donations.

Diversity Insurance, which launched in January, has vowed to donate £2 for every quote received, even if a policy is not taken out.

The business is renowned for its professional service, and prides itself on the personal approach to delivering service to customers.

Paul Martin, OBE, Chief Executive of The LGF said: “We’re thrilled to have the support of Diversity Insurance and we are glad they can help us in achieving our mission of ‘Ending Homophobia and Empowering People’.”

The company provide insurance for over 500,000 people across 19 countries and Diversity employee Marie Vockins said the company also offer discounts for couples in civil partnerships.
