Impact Wrestling to return to Manchester Arena as TNA announce 2014 Maximum Impact tour

By Steven Oldham

Top wrestling stars will again perform at the Manchester Arena next January as TNA’s Maximum Impact tour returns.

The US company’s sixth annual British tour will arrive in the city on January 31, and there are also dates in Glasgow, London and Birmingham.

TNA Presdient Dixie Carter is also coming to the UK between April 30 and May 2 to host fan events in Glasgow and London to officially launch the tour.

She said: “TNA live is something everyone must experience and we’re working hard to make our 2014 Tour extra special for both our amazing long-term fans in the UK and those who will be coming to the arenas to experience a TNA live event for the very first time.”

A number of top performers including Sting, Kurt Angle, Bobby Roode, Austin Aries and Bully Ray appeared at this year’s Manchester date and a similar high-calibre lineup is expected to make the trip next year.

Impact Wrestling broadcasters Challenge have teamed up with TNA to offer one lucky winner a trip for two to see Slammiversary live in Boston. For more information visit www.challenge.co.uk/wrestling

Tickets go on sale on May 3 and are available via TNA’s Facebook page, Gigs & Tours, Ticketmaster or direct from the Manchester Arena.
