Celebrity DJs descended en-masse in Manchester last night to celebrate Vogue Fashion’s Night Out.
Radio 1 presenter and magazine columnist Jameela Jamil took to the decks at a packed-out Selfridges treating shoppers to an eclectic mix of old-school classics including 1990s Madonna hits such as Express Yourself through to noughties floor-fillers from the likes of Sam and the Womp.
In between mixing quality tunes the petite star took time out to pose with legions of fans who queued eagerly to meet her.
She tweeted: “So MUCH fun djing at Vogues fashion night out in @selfridges thanks for all the hugs and the chocolate!!! Love you!”
Wearing a season-appropriate Topshop Unique pumpkin coat over her shoulders paired with patterned tights, her trademark hairstyle and gold sequinned eye make-up Jameela looked every inch the glamorous star.

But it wasn’t all fun and games as Jameela discovered one downside to posing for so many pictures.
She added: “So I pulled a muscle in my ARSE last night squatting to have pictures with petite shoppers last night in Selfridges. Oh god I feel so old… I’m now waddling to work like a penguin.”

Just across from Selfridges, blogging superstar and the face of retail giant UGG Bip Ling was DJ-ing up a storm at their flagship store.
The Australian label treated guests to a lively, but intimate, set in store, provided cocktails and canapés and gave visitors the chance to play a version of bingo which saw one lucky visitor take home their very own pair of UGGS.

Meanwhile earlier in the evening British model and socialite Pixie Geldof also played her own DJ set at Manchester Arndale’s H&M.
