Multi award-winning musical Chicago is heading to Manchester this winter as part of its UK tour.
The well-known musical will be lighting up the stage at Manchester’s Palace Theatre from Monday, Nov 4 until Saturday, Nov 9.
Tickets are already on sale, priced from just £15.
The razzle-dazzle 1920s story of Roxie Hart was created by musical theatre talents John Kander, Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse.
Chicago is the longest running American musical in Broadway and West End history.
The play opened in New York in 1996 and since then has played in 38 countries worldwide.
It has also been performed in English, Dutch, German, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, French, Danish, Japanese and Korean.
Chicago is estimated to have been seen by 34 million people, grossed over $1.7 billion and has played over 33,500 performances.
The tour schedule and casting announcements are to be released soon.
It will join the many other musical productions performing this year at the Palace Theatre, including Hamilton, Pretty Woman and Sister Act.
