After the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers secured their place in the 58th Super Bowl, attention now turns to the world famous half-time show.
R&B legend Usher was announced back in September 2023 as the latest star to headline and will take centre stage on February 11th.

Coming off the back of his Las Vegas Residency where he played hit after hit, Usher plans to celebrate R&B in its entirety.
In an interview with Vogue, he said: “This night was specifically curated in my mind to have R&B take the main stage.
“People will tune in for a football game, but I hope when they look at that halftime performance, I’m hoping they walk away with something that’s healing them.”
Fans can look forward to hearing all the classics such as Yeah!, DJ Got Us Fallin’ in Love and Good Good on the pitch of the 65,000-capacity Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium.
No guests have been confirmed, but after Usher appeared as a guest in Super Bowl XLV with headliners The Black Eyed Peas, fans will dream of other stars featuring.
The eight-time Grammy award winner is expected to perform alongside Reba McEntire who will sing the national anthem, Post Malone who will sing ‘America the Beautiful’ and Andra Day will sing ‘Lift Every Voice and Sing’.
Usher has described his appearance as “an honour of a lifetime”.
The NFL’s premiership game is set to take place on February 11 in a replay of last year’s final after the Travis Kelce’s Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens 17-10, and the 49ers came back late against the Detroit Lions in a 34-31 victory.
Usher’s ninth studio album, Coming Home, is set to release the same day as the performance.
