Following success throughout Manchester, Black Sheep Coffee will be opening a brand new café in Spinningfields, making it the fifth location in the city.
With a range of hot and cold food and drinks available, the new location is expected to be a hit among locals.
General Manager Gabby told Mancunian Matters: “We’re expecting a large turnout.”
Customers can treat themselves to anything from flat whites to tasty bites, with food such as sandwiches, smoothie/protein bowls or their signature Norwegian waffles just a small sample of the menu.
Spinningfields has been chosen as the next location for several reasons – but among them, Gabby pointed out, “It’s the environment, the Ivy is a glorious building”, so opening a new location in the area has been an aim for a long time.
The new café will also be continuing the company’s free coffee board initiative, which helps provide hot drinks to members of the homeless community by asking customers to donate a coffee for a fraction of the price.
Black Sheep Coffee will open later this week, with opening hours of 6:30-20:00.
