Belle Vue Leisure Centre in Manchester hosted the first-ever national Mixed Netball trials in May.
The England Men’s and Mixed Netball Association held the event on Sunday 22 May – the only trial day in the country – to find the best talent for their maiden national mixed side.
Around 80 players from clubs across the country took part and competed in good spirits.
The clubs represented at the trial included Manchester Spartans, London Giants, and London Knights.
The squad was announced on Friday 27 May, comprising of 15 women and eight men.
There were 13 training partners also selected.
