Steven Spohn, 40, Pittsburgh PA raised $1m for the charity AbleGamers after starting the campaign in September 2020 to celebrate his 40th birthday.
The charity, for whom Mr Spohn is the chief operating officer, works around the world in order to create opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy video games.
