A man exposed himself to four young girls in two separate incidents in Bolton.
The first happened in Whitsundale, Westhoughton at about 7pm on June 30 when a man riding his bike along exposed himself to an eight-year-old girl.
He turned the bike around and rode past her, again exposing himself before he rode off.
The second incident took place in a ginnel close to Poplar Grove, Westhoughton at around 5pm on July 9.
Three girls, one aged 14 and two aged 11, were walking along when they noticed a man who, as they approached, exposed himself before the girls ran away.
The man is described as being white, in his 30s, 5ft 9in tall, of medium build and had dark short cropped hair.
He wore a navy top, grey short jacket, three quarter checked shorts and rode a black mountain bike.
Police Constable Carol Winrow based at Horwich Police Station said: “We are linking both these incidents and believe there may have been more cases.
“I would urge people to be vigilant and if you have children, make sure they keep an eye out for this person.
“If you have fallen victim to this man or know someone who may have, please phone us as soon as possible.
“You may recognise the description of the offender or witnessed him exposing himself to the victims. If you did, we are eager to hear from you.”
Anyone with information should phone police on 0161 856 4926 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
