Manchester reformers The Stone Roses are headlining one of the summer’s most popular festivals T in the Park.
The Scottish festival will see a strong Mancunian presence as The Happy Mondays, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, New Order and The Courteeners are also set to play in Balado.
After announcing their resurrection last October, The Stone Roses sold 150,000 tickets in 14 minutes to play three dates in Heaton Park this summer.
Frontman Ian Brown said: "This is a live resurrection that we're inviting you to — so you better be careful.
"Scotland beware. The Mancs are coming."
The return of The Happy Mondays and New Order has resulted in a fruitful year for the city’s musical ancestry.
Northern Irish rockers Snow Patrol and Leicester-hailing Kasabian are also set to headline the three day event.
Tickets for the festival will go on sale next Wednesday, February 29.
