Socio Rehab & MM bring you... Cocktail of the Week: Tiara Miss Used
Mancunian Matters have once again teamed up with Manchester’s favourite cocktail bar Socio Rehab to bring you a cheeky tipple… known as ‘Tiara Miss Used’.
We'll have a recipe ready for you to try at home ahead of the weekend every fortnight, or you can head down to Socio if you'd rather not try your luck.
Each recipe is created specially for MM by Socio's bartenders and they'll be ready and waiting for you to go in and try at the Northern Quarter favourite.
A cocktail of pure indulgence, Tiara Miss Used is set to feature on Socio’s upcoming new menu.
The coffee in the tequila comes through, and pairing this with the toasted chocolate flavor on the nose and ginger spice from the falernum, makes for a cocktail as tasty as a any desert.
25ml Patron XO Café tequila
10ml Velvet Falernum
35ml Merlot red wine
Add lemon zest and orange zest
Add the white of one egg
Put them all in a cocktail mixer, and shake hard. Yes, we mean hard – you need to make the drink foamy! (This is through the egg white.)

Finish with a sprinkle of chocolate powder on the top.
