Next season’s Football League fixtures for the Championship, League One and League Two were released today.
The opening day begins on August 18 with a North West derby clash between Burnley and recently relegated Bolton Wanderers as Owen Coyle returns to Turf Moor.
On Boxing Day, Bolton face Championship newcomers Sheffield Wednesday the New Year kicks off with an encounter against Leeds United away.
The season ends on May 4 as Bolton hope to clinch promotion against likely play-off battlers Blackpool.
In League One Oldham Athletic travel south to Milton Keynes Dons on August 18 with Bury hosting Brentford.
Rochdale begin their return to League Two at home to Northampton Town and face Chesterfield three days later.
The League One season ends on April 27 when The Shakers face Yeovil at Gigg Lane and The Latics travel to Leyton Orient.
The same day Rochdale will be hoping for a straight return to League One as they face Plymouth Argyle at Spotland.
