Abu Hamza and four other terror suspects are being extradited from the UK to the US.
The European Court of Human Rights backed the deportation and said there would be no violation of human rights for those facing life and solitary confinement in a ‘supermax’ prison.
Primer Minister David Cameron said he was ‘very pleased’ to hear the news.
One of the men, Babar Ahmad, has been held for a record eight years without trial.
MM took to the streets of Manchester to ask:
Should Abu Hamza be extradited to the US?
