Mancunian Matters have teamed up with Socio Rehab to bring you the 'Cocktail of the Week'.

We'll have a recipe ready for you to try at home ahead of the weekend each week, or you can head down to Socio if you'd rather not try your luck.

Each recipe is created specially for MM by Socio's bartenders and they'll be ready and waiting for you to go in and try at the Northern Quarter favourite.

This week...'Pancho's Brew'

50ml Tequila

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml Velvet Falernum 

Sugar

Egg white

Earl grey tea bag

Pour tequila into a boston glass

Add earl grey tea bag to tequila

Lightly stir to get the flavour of the tea mixed with the tequila

Remove the tea bag

Add the sugar, egg whites and falernum

Give it a good shake

Pour, enjoy.
