A drug dealer is being ordered to pay £45,000 or face another 15 months in prison by Manchester Crown Court.
Daniel Adair, 40, of Beresford Road Manchester, was given the ultimatum on Friday after being jailed for three years for seven offences of supplying controlled drugs.
Officers executed a warrant at his home and found drugs and cash and Adair has six months to repay the illegally obtained money and is still liable for the order if not.
Financial Investigator Dave Coulthard, said: “This is further evidence that Greater Manchester Police will do everything possible to ensure that criminals do not profit from their illegal activities.”
At a Proceeds of Crime hearing at Manchester Crown Court Crown Square on Friday May 4, he was ordered to repay £45,365.
