A man was found hanged in Manchester’s Heaton Park by police yesterday.
The 73-year-old’s body, believed to be Dai Nguyen, was discovered in the park shortly after 12.45pm on July 5 and the death will be handed over to a coroner.
There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident and the pensioner was pronounced dead at the scene.
