NEW KIT: City launch shirts in style

By Dean Wilkins

Manchester City hero Vincent Kompany and ex-Oasis singer Noel Gallager are launching the Premier League champions’ new kit.

The Belgian captain teamed up with Blues mega-fan to reveal the club’s latest team shirts at the Rock Werchter festival.

The two joined on stage as High Flying Birds played in front of an 80,000-strong crowd before Sunday’s Euro 2012 between Spain and Itlay.

The kit will be available to pre-order tomorrow at The City Store and will be available at the club’s official merchandise store on July 26.

Noel Gallagher the jinx

noooooooooo the jinx Noel Gallagher... this year City ain't gonna win anything. Last year it was Liam with the new jersey... first league won in 44 years. Last year it was Liam at the FA Cup final... first cup won in 35 years. Last year it was Noel at the stadium 3 times... 3 games lost. Last year it was Noel the one City was talking about for one week... 2 other games lost. Last year it was Noel supporting England 2018... Russia won. Last month (supporting England with his song) Noel said England was going to win on penalties... Italy won. The fake man Noel supports CELTIC... and obviously is not taller than the giant Kompany
