Preview: Folk rock trio The Lumineers to support The Civil Wars in Manchester Apollo visit
Music fans are apparently falling in love with the band on the first listen... Combine that with 3.7million YouTube views and rocking out on the Jay Leno show and you can guess that The Lumineers are feeling pretty good right now.
Well let's hope they aren't ones to let the rain upset them, as the Denver-based folk rock trio areheading to Manchester's Apollo in October to support The Civil Wars on their UK tour.
MM were lucky enough to chat with The Civil War's John White and Joy Williams this time last year - and since then the pair have gone on to huge success, including a Grammy award for Best Folk Album.
MM will be catching up with The Lumineers next week, so watch this space for our interview, but let's hope that a year on can bring the same success as it has done to the pair they are supporting.
